- 1 pound fresh rockfish cut into small cubes
- 1 to tomato cut into small cubes
- 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
- 1 bunch of cilantro - chopped
- 1 Persian cucumber - chopped
- 1/2 jalapeno finely chopped
- 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons Fiesta Blend
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Mix together in a large glass bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Enjoy with tortilla chips!
