Banana Blueberry Buckwheat Pancakes
Introducing my ~ tiny gourmets~ series where I’m sharing meals and methods of feeding my baby. Posey loves it eat and that makes this mama very happy. My goal is to share simple and nutritious recipes with exciting flavors and textures to help make feeding your tiny gourmets a piece of cake! Can’t wait to share more of what’s on Posey’s plate! Servings: 6 pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 ripe mashed banana
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Small handful of blueberries 🫐 cut into quarter pieces!
Mix everything together in a medium sized bowl.
- 1 -2 tablespoons of butter for sizzling~
Instructions
- In a large skillet 🍳 add butter on medium heat.
- Once melted add pancakes to pan.
- Cook on medium heat until little bubbles start to form on the pancakes- about 4 minutes.
- Flip and cook until golden.
- I cut Posey’s pancakes into small bite sized pieces and served them once cooled enough.
