💗Happiest 8️⃣5️⃣th Birthday to Grandma Ann!🧁

I’ve had the pleasure of listening to Grandma 👵🏼 Ann’s stories, bird 🕊 observations and funny factoids for the last 13 years. She is quite the lady.💛•
•
Ever since I lost my Grammy in 2019, I started to cherish MJ’s grandmothers, Ann & Nina, as my own. Now that Grandma Ann is our last living grandma, every birthday 🥳 and visit feels that much more special.
•
Last night she told us she plans to live a very healthy 85 so we can celebrate 🎉 86. Makes my heart happy ♥️.
•

📍PDX | Sometimes you just gotta laugh 😂!

Ok, let’s be real- we had an interesting time in Portland. It was a little bit of the comedy 🎭 of errors 🚫. And honestly that’s what makes travel so exciting, funny and memorable.
•
Good news 📰: we just laughed through it. So even though we hit quite a few road blocks, let me tell you a few things we really loved!
•
✨Canard was incredible. Get the 🍒 and cucumber 🥒 dish, the foie gras dumpling and steam burgers 🍔.
✨ @somedaypdx was super fun with yummy cocktails 🍹 and interesting baby food huts 🛖. I got the SPAM sushi burrito 🌯 🤣.
✨ @olympiaprovisions has really yummy brunch- but be sure to go to the location on Division.
•
@eempdx for incredible Thai food … out of take out boxes. But really good cocktails 🍹. ( real glasses). No extra credit for busing your own table.
•

•
Also- lots of cute dogs 🐕 🐩 🐕‍🦺🦮 in PDX. Naturally we really missed our girls.
